Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited is partnering with a growing fintech to appoint a Programme Manager / Delivery Lead responsible for end-to-end launches across external partners and internal technical teams. You will own planning, dependencies and go-live readiness, and work hands-on to deliver customer-facing payments products.

You’ll coordinate technical integrations, manage risks and escalations, and ensure readiness of operations before launch, with direct opportunities to deepen payments expertise and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, customer-facing products or programmes and ownership of launches.
• Comfort working with senior external stakeholders and technical teams; understanding APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own launch plans, dependencies, risks and readiness decisions.
• Lead regular partner meetings and manage escalations.
• Coordinate technical integrations between partners and internal teams.
• Oversee payment approvals, wallet setup and card production where relevant.
• Ensure operational readiness before launch and support post go-live.
