Job summary

InvestEngine is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments to drive the strategy and delivery of our payment rails and promotions engine. You will own opportunities from discovery through to launch, working with engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing to ensure scalable, reliable payment experiences.

You will manage relationships with payment partners and lead cross‑functional efforts to automate processes, optimise journeys and deliver measurable outcomes, balancing customer value

Qualifications

• Solid product management experience, including ownership of complex payment products or journeys (e.g. Open Banking, Direct Debit, Faster Payments, payouts).
• Experience delivering new payment functionality and integrating with third‑party providers.
• Strong data-driven decision making to prioritise and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for money‑in and money‑out payment rails and promotions engine.
• Lead discovery and delivery of new payment functionality from opportunity to launch and measurement.
• Identify and automate manual processes and customer journeys to improve efficiency, reliability and experience.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable integrations and manage dependencies across payments, trading and reconciliation.
