Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited in London is seeking a Programme Manager / Delivery Lead to own launches across external partners and internal technical teams.

This is a hands-on delivery role, overseeing planning through to go-live, coordinating APIs, system integrations and payment approvals, and ensuring wallet setup and card production are ready for launch.

You will work with senior partners, manage dependencies and escalations, and hand over to day-to-day operations once live.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, customer-facing products or programmes with clear ownership through to launch.
• Comfortable working with senior external stakeholders and technical teams; understand APIs and integrations well enough to ask smart questions.

Responsibilities

• Owning launch plans, dependencies, risks and readiness decisions.
• Leading regular partner meetings and managing escalations.
• Coordinating technical integrations between partners and internal teams.
• Bringing together payment approvals, wallet setup and card production.
• Ensuring operations teams are ready before launch and supporting go-live.
• Handover to day-to-day operations after launch.
