Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, particularly in C, C++, or Java.
• Technical support experience in software, IT, or another technology industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Log and track progress of support issues, ensuring communication with stakeholders.
• Lead customer support calls and meetings on technical issues.
• Prepare and load terminal software packages.
