• Highly analytical and data-driven with measurable impact.
• Excellent communicator with strong visualisation and executive-ready messaging.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with Agile and traditional methods.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Support operating model design and readiness for organizational changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and AI-enabled practices.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis, with proper validation.
• Promote reuse-first governance and reporting with human validation.
