Job summary

BEAR Scotland Limited is seeking a Pavement Manager to lead the pavement team and oversee investigation and design of Structural Maintenance schemes in the North West area. You will report to Roads Manager/Planned Maintenance Manager and manage day-to-day operations to meet deadlines.

This full-time role offers hybrid working after a three-month probation period, with occasional overtime and a focus on delivering high-quality technical outputs for Transport Scotland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pavement teams.
• Ability to deliver technical reports and studies.
• Strong coordination with Transport Scotland.
• Knowledge of highway maintenance schemes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pavement Manager to join our existing team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Roads Manager/Planned Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team delivering the investigation and design of Structural Maintenance schemes within the North West area.
