Your role involves overseeing structural and routine maintenance activities, budget management, and compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have a professional qualification, strong communication skills, and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current design standards necessary for maintaining high operational standards.
• Ability to produce innovative solutions to engineering problems is crucial.
• Full approved UK Driving license is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Planned Maintenance Manager in ensuring operations are delivered in line with contract requirements.
• Oversee the activities of a skilled team focused on structural and routine road maintenance.
• Plan and manage the work pipeline for both internal teams and subcontractors.

Knowledge of current design standards

Education

Professionally qualified or working towards professional qualification (IEng/CEng)
