Williams F1 Team in the United Kingdom is seeking a Pattern Shop Machinist to join our Manufacturing team. You will set up and machine patterns, jigs and carbon components using advanced 5-axis CNC centres to support race car development and production.

You will read engineering drawings, perform self-inspection, and work with cross-functional colleagues to meet strict deadlines. The role operates on a night shift, Monday to Thursday, 18:15 to 04:45, offering an opportunity to contribute to

Formación

Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent engineering experience.
Experience operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centres.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsabilidades

Set up and machine patterns, jigs and carbon components using advanced 5-axis CNC centres.
Ensure parts are produced to engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform self-inspection to ensure quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with manufacturing and technical teams to resolve machining challenges.
Maintain accurate work orders and production data.
Support efficient shift handovers and continuous workflow.
