Williams F1 Team is seeking a Pattern Shop Machinist to join our Manufacturing team, responsible for machining high-precision patterns and carbon components for race car development and production. If you're meticulous and enjoy cutting-edge technology, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll set up and machine patterns, jigs and carbon components using advanced 5-axis centres, read engineering drawings, and contribute to on-time delivery and continuous improvement in a fast-paced motorsport

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering experience required.
• Experience operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centres.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centres.
• Machine patterns, jigs and carbon components to drawings.
• Perform self-inspection to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and technical teams to solve issues.
• Maintain accurate work orders and production data.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and continuous workflow.
• Suggest improvements to quality, efficiency and performance.
