Accent Catering Services Ltd is recruiting a Chef de Partie for our school site in Chertsey. You will join a dedicated team delivering nutritious, high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. The role is a 3-month fixed-term contract with potential extension, offering 40 hours per week from 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• A background in high-volume cooking and a solid knowledge of baking.
• High standards of cleanliness, consistently maintaining a tidy, organised workspace.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Flexibility and a strong team-focused approach.
• Be passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detail.
• A comprehensive understanding of food safety, health and safety and allergen management.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary operations and maintain high-quality food preparation.
• Work under the Chef Manager on site to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage workload and potentially overtime as required.
