• Transport patients on journeys to and from healthcare appointments and support hospitals with discharge when appropriate.
• Support patients and their carers with dignity and effective communication during journeys across Yorkshire.
• Travel across West Yorkshire and beyond to cover a wide geographic area as part of a double crew when required.
