• Previous hospital portering or patient-facing experience.
• Experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, equipment, stores, specimens and other items safely throughout the hospital.
• Welcome, assist and escort patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional service.
• Assist with admissions and discharges, offering guidance as needed.
• Assist with security, car parking and maintaining tidy public areas across the hospital.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and support hospital operations with colleagues.
