Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an Analyst – Customer Service Operations to support Funding management through reporting, data analysis and process optimisation. You will build and maintain patient data reports, dashboards and KPIs, while collaborating with HCPs, patients, field teams and technical consultants.

A focus on accuracy, data integrity and continuous improvement drives the role. The role involves supporting system migrations, validating data and ensuring seamless transitions across SAP, S/4HANA

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Care or similar operational environment (healthcare preferred).
  • Degree in Business, Data analytics, Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven reporting, data analysis and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with customer-focused mindset and collaboration ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; exposure to data migrations is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, and automation tools is desirable.

You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.# **About the Role**The purpose of this role is to support our Funding management (Customer care) operations through accurate reporting, data analysis, process optimisation, and automation. The role will focus on creating and maintaining reports with patient data and dashboards, supporting Power BI solutions, identifying opportunities to improve operational processes across multiple systems, including SAP, SAP CRM ICE, S4Hana and PCRM and turning data into meaningful insights that support fact-based decision-making. This role also includes supporting system migrations, ensuring smooth transitions by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, validating data integrity, and maintaining operational continuity.
