Job summary

The Menston and Guiseley Practice is seeking a warm and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy two-site GP practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling registrations, appointments and general clerical tasks with a courteous, efficient approach.

The role requires excellent communication, organisation and the ability to work across both surgeries (Guiseley and Menston).

• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Process registrations, appointments and queries accurately.
• Handle phone enquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Maintain tidy reception and filing systems.
• Support practice team with clerical tasks as required.
