Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Patient Services Advisor to join our Support Centre in Greater Manchester. You will be the first line of contact for practices and patients, ensuring bookings are accurate and timely while maintaining excellent customer service.

You'll work as part of a supportive team with flexible part-time patterns. A range of benefits and a focus on wellbeing are available to help you balance life and work.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Time management skills are important for handling calls and appointments.
• Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Office are expected.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for practices and patients by phone and email.
• Ensure appointments are booked, amended, or cancelled accurately and promptly.
• Build effective relationships with practice teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide help and support with excellent customer service within training scope.
