Circle Integrated Care, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Patient Administrator to join the Bedord-based Administration team. This full-time role requires 37.5 hours per week with a permanent salary of £24,947 per year.

The postholder will manage patient queries, bookings, mail, and pathway administration, ensuring a smooth patient journey and adherence to best-practice processes across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE Maths and English at A–C or functional skills level 2.
• Proficient PC use and familiarity with systems.
• Basic financial awareness and numeracy.
• Private healthcare admin experience is beneficial.

• Contribute to smooth patient administration throughout the journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group processes to provide a professional service.
• Handle patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and electronic bookings.
