CHEC is seeking a Patient Safety Manager to enhance patient safety and incident management. This role involves implementing the NHS Patient Safety Incident Response Framework, collaborating with key stakeholders, and leading safety improvement projects. The Patient Safety Manager will be a key member of CHEC's Quality, Risk and Compliance Team, contributing to all aspects of patient safety and incident management to support the delivery of high-quality, safe care for all service users. This is a new role, focusing on coordinating and implementing the NHS Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) alongside Regional Heads of Quality Governance, Risk & Patient Safety, the Chief Nurse, and the Chief Medical Officer.
