Security Data Loss Prevention Manager (DLP) - Remote (UK) - Permanent, Greater Manchester

This role is with Hawksworth, a global law firm, seeking a Security Data Loss Prevention Manager. The position is permanent and remote within the UK, with infrequent travel to Belfast or London for meetings. Salary will be discussed based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the organization's data loss prevention strategies and technologies.
• Prepare executive reports, build reports, gather statistics, and assist in future budgeting.
• Lead and communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage vendor relationships, hold vendors accountable, and oversee roadmaps to prevent reactive vendor management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in DLP and Cloud Solutions.
• 3-5 years of management or team leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of people and vendor management experience.
• Deep knowledge of DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint, with the ability to oversee their implementation and management.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and managing DLP policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in enterprise vendor management and executive reporting.
• Ability to operate a DLP program at a large enterprise scale for a global organization.
