The Patient Safety Manager will be a key member of CHEC’s Quality, Risk and Compliance Team, contributing to all aspects of patient safety and incident management to support high-quality, safe care for all service users.
The role involves coordinating and implementing the NHS Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) alongside Regional Heads of Quality Governance, Risk & Patient Safety, the Chief Nurse, and the Chief Medical Officer.
Since 2012, CHEC has collaborated with the NHS to increase patient choice and provide accessible, timely, and locally-based ophthalmology and gastroenterology care—free at the point of service.
CHEC operates a nationwide network of community hospitals and clinics using a hub-and-spoke model. We are expanding our healthcare services across England, including ENT and Dermatology services, to offer vital healthcare options to patients.
