Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promote governance and risk systems across maternity, gynaecology, neonates and paediatrics.
• Lead the Patient Safety Team within Women & Children’s services and PSIRF alignment.
• Act as sole contact for Maternity & Neonatal Safety Investigations (MNSI) and coordinate documentation.
• Participate in the Perinatal Mortality Reporting Tool Group and attend related meetings.
• Liaise with Professional Midwifery Advocates to support staff involved in incidents.
