Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated PALS and Complaints Case Officer to join the busy PALS and Complaints Team in Ashton-under-Lyne. You will manage concerns, enquiries and complaints, ensuring voices are heard and opportunities for service improvement are identified and acted upon.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills and offers the chance to work in a supportive NHS environment.
