Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day transactional upkeep of the national CHI database with accurate patient demographics and GP practice registrations.
• Support the movement of medical records between GP practices, including tracking movements and correcting exceptions.
• Handle queries from GP practice staff and patients daily with accuracy and professionalism.
