Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust seeks an experienced Patient Catering Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the trust, ensuring high quality, safe and cost-effective catering for patients and staff.

You will work with Dietitians, oversee back-of-house teams, develop strategic plans, and drive continuous service improvement while managing resources and communicating with clinical teams.

Competenze

• Formal qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Food Safety qualification.
• Management of healthcare environments and retail catering knowledge.
