Joining DaVita as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) offers an exciting start in healthcare. With paid, extensive training, you'll develop the skills needed to care for patients and connect with healthcare professionals across your region. After training, you'll join a dedicated team of nurses, dietitians, social workers, and experienced PCTs to provide comprehensive care. This is more than a job—it's a career driven by passion and purpose.

Our PCTs find fulfillment in their roles. We offer clear pathways for advancement through our Clinical Ladders program. We also provide training to become a Facility Administrator or Regional Operations Director. Your success depends on your performance and motivation.
