Qualifications

• Fluent English, Danish and Norwegian language skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong communication, structured way of working, resilience and customer orientation.
• A drive for Process Improvement.
• Ability to motivate others to pursue common goals.
• Positive, can do attitude with high accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in MiniMed’s Order-To-Cash processes.
• Provide professional level of support to patients, Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and company goals.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails to shared mailboxes, prioritising urgent enquiries/orders.
• Take ownership through to resolution and drive issue resolution.
• Capture and document customer/patient specifics in internal systems.
