• Ensure accurate order processing aligned with clinical requirements and internal standards.
• Maintain compliance with IG/GDPR and internal processes.
• Engage with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals to address clinical needs and BD products ethically.
• Register and onboard patients and healthcare professionals, providing proactive support.
• Provide admin support to Cobweb sites and patients using a managed prescription service.
• Coordinate with third-party couriers for delivery updates and issue handling.
