Job summary

iRhythm is seeking an experienced Operations Support/Customer Service Representative for a full-time role in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, support patients and the Field Sales Team, and contribute to initiatives that improve service offerings and patient experience.

Key responsibilities include utilizing Salesforce to track interactions, ensuring accurate data handling, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, patients, and iRhythm

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• A flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer telephone service inquiries.
• Provide proactive outbound account support.
• Support patients via outbound calls using the company’s product.
• Provide internal support to the Field Sales Team.
• Engage in proactive project work to improve service offering.
• Adhere to Quality System requirements and data compliance.
