We have an opportunity for aPatient Administratorto join their team of staff in theAdministrationdepartment.
This is afull-timerole for37.5hours a week.The role holder willbe requiredtocover a flexible shift pattern over 7 days a week from 06:00AM - 21:00PM.
Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
Ensure the Circle Health Group best practice process maps are followed, to provide an efficient,professionaland standard service to all patients, visitors,consultantsand staff.
Ensure All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
To manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
Approve electronic bookings received via the relevant system and update any booking received via email.
Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act. Ensuringappropriate measuresare taken in respect of Health and Safety for patients, relatives, visitors, hospitalstaffand contractors.
Youcomply withall relevant mandatory training.
Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
Previousadministration experience in a private healthcare environment would be beneficial.
