Job summary

Circle Health Group in Glasgow is seeking a Patient Administrator at the Ross Hall Clinic Braehead. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern, offering a salary up to £25,525 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

You will support the patient journey, follow best practice maps, handle queries, manage mail and bookings, and ensure safety and mandatory training compliance. Benefits include holiday allowance, pension, private healthcare, and more.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at A–C (or equivalent) required.
• Proficient PC skills and experience with healthcare software/systems.
• Basic financial awareness is desirable.
• Experience in private healthcare administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide efficient, professional service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Deal with patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings received via the relevant system and update bookings via email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act.
• Ensure health and safety measures for patients, relatives, visitors, staff and contractors.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
