Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and referrals within HCA Healthcare UK.
• Act as a single point of contact for patients, consultants and medical secretaries.
• Provide accurate self-pay quotations and support pricing queries.
• Assist billing and administrative processes and resolve queries.
• Manage calls professionally and redirect as needed.
• Understand the full patient referral pathway and communicate effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt communications for varied audiences.
• Seek feedback to improve service delivery.
