Job summary

The Enhanced Access Care Navigator role at NHS Jobs supports delivery of high-quality primary care across the PCN. You will be the patient-facing first contact in Enhanced Access clinics, greeting patients, checking them in, answering queries, and guiding them to the right services.

You'll provide administrative support to GPs and clinicians, manage appointments, maintain records securely under GDPR, and contribute to the smooth running of clinics in a busy NHS environment across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner at the Enhanced Access front desk.
• Check patients in for appointments using clinical systems.
• Answer general enquiries and signpost to appropriate NHS services.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data accuracy in line with GDPR.
• Support clinicians with routine administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Assist with clinic preparation and follow-up activities.
