Job summary

ACH invites applications for a Pathway Navigator to support refugees and migrants on the Coventry Language and Integration Programme (CLIP). The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on a one-year fixed-term contract, based in Coventry.

You will provide information, advice and guidance, develop personal integration plans and help learners progress toward education or employment. With experience in mentoring or coaching diverse communities, you will build relationships with

Qualifications

• Experience providing one-to-one support, mentoring, coaching or guidance.
• Experience supporting people facing barriers to education, employment or social inclusion.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Experience organizing or facilitating group activities, workshops or community sessions.
• Knowledge of Information, Advice and Guidance principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and professional boundaries.
• Knowledge of progression pathways into education, volunteering and employment.
• Knowledge of community services and support networks.
• A Level 2 English qualification or equivalent.
• A Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, advice and guidance one-to-one and in groups.
• Develop personal integration plans and review progress.
• Help learners practice English and engage with communities.
• Maintain learner records and progression documentation.
• Build relationships with local organisations and service providers.
• Represent ACH at networking events and community activities.
