TRS Consulting is seeking a Medical Field Service Engineer to service and support sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems in the United Kingdom. This position focuses on installation, repair, and calibration of equipment used in pathology departments and NHS laboratories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing field service roles and will receive full training across the product range, ensuring effective support in clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Competent background in field service engineering within high-value capital equipment.
• Experience in diagnostics field including autoimmune diagnostics and microbiology.
• Full and comprehensive product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, breakdown, and repair of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.
• Support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products at customer sites.

Skills

Customer-facing field service engineering

Experience with laboratory devices

Knowledge in immunology or biochemistry

Technical background in engineering or electronics
