Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, install, and calibrate sophisticated medical diagnostic systems used in pathology departments and NHS labs. You will be accountable for on-site engineering tasks across customer sites, ensuring high-quality performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a technical background in engineering/electronics, with the ability to work independently in diverse clinical environments and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing field service roles with high-value equipment.
• Ability to install, service, repair and calibrate diagnostic systems.
• Training will be provided for product lines and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of medical diagnostic systems at customer sites.
• Support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products in NHS pathology labs and related environments.
