A healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a part-time Pathfinder Project Administrator to support the Health Visitor Pathfinder project. The post holder will be a key asset in the Health Visitor (HV) Pathfinder project, a national effort to increase the uptake of the childhood immunisation programme for 0‑5 year olds. They will contribute to the smooth running of the project through efficient performance of administrative duties, ensuring up‑to‑date health records—including immunisations—for children aged 0‑5 who are residents of Croydon or attend a Croydon school.
The team consists of a Pathfinder health Visitor and a Registered Nurse. The post holder will undertake a range of administration and clerical duties and liaise with a range of health professionals, both internal and external agencies and departments, as well as contacts with clients and service users.
