Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established property developer delivering bespoke, high‑end residential builds. You will take full ownership of projects on site and in the office, producing RAMS and programmes and driving quality from start to finish.

Based on sites across Godstone, London and Surrey, this role suits someone with residential project management experience who can work independently and seek long-term progression as the business

Qualifications

• High-end residential project management experience required.
• Ability to work independently on-site and in the office.
• CSCS and SMSTS qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing high-end residential new build and refurbishment projects.
• Producing RAMS and project programmes.
• Overseeing build quality, labour, materials and equipment.
• Sites across London and the Southeast.
