Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established property developer delivering bespoke, high‑end residential builds. You will take full ownership of projects on site and in the office, producing RAMS and programmes and driving quality from start to finish.

Based on sites across Godstone, London and Surrey, this role suits someone with residential project management experience who can work independently and seek long-term progression as the business

Qualifications

• High-end residential project management experience required.
• Ability to work independently on-site and in the office.
• CSCS and SMSTS qualifications preferred.

Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager looking to step into a role where you can genuinely grow into a senior position as the business expands, with the backing of a close-knit team and flexible support on qualifications?

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established property developer delivering bespoke, high-end residential builds, where you will take full ownership of projects on site and in the office, producing RAMS and programmes and driving quality from start to finish.

The company are a successful, hands-on developer delivering new build bespoke homes and refurbishment projects. They are looking to add to their team following a recently won project, and are keen to bring in someone who wants to grow with the business long term.

In this role you will be based on site and in the office across Godstone, London and Surrey, overseeing the build, coordinating materials, labour and equipment, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

This role would suit a Project Manager with high-end residential experience who is comfortable working independently, and who wants long-term progression, development and increased responsibility as the company continues to grow.
