The Belfry Hotel and Resort is recruiting a Pastry Sous Chef to lead and train the desserts and pastries team across the resort. Set up menus, prepare high-quality items for service, and ensure food safety standards are met with a detail‑oriented approach.

Ideal candidates will have pastry leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for seasonal ingredients. This full‑time role is based on-site with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or higher is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Run, train and develop the desserts and pastries team for the resort.
• Set up and prepare menu items for service based on occupancy.
• Cook and deliver desserts using quality local ingredients.
• Manage a safe and compliant kitchen and guide a section during busy periods.
• Assist head chef with menu ideas and stock management.
