Perfect Recruitment Ltd. is helping to recruit an experienced Pastry professional for a growing production business in Warrington. This role focuses on high-volume pastry production with Monday to Friday hours, excluding weekends, offering a better work-life balance.

You’ll oversee the pastry operation as part of a seasoned team, ensuring quality, recipe adherence, and opportunities to contribute to new product development. Transport accessibility is advised.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on pastry experience.
• Experience producing pastry at high volume.
• Good understanding of pastry techniques and production.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Experience working to recipes and production specifications.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Experience coaching or supervising other chefs.
• Genuine passion for pastry and high-quality products.
• Experience in luxury hospitality settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pastry operation in production.
• Prepare and produce a wide range of pastry products.
• Follow recipes and production specifications accurately.
• Maintain excellent quality and consistency.
• Support production planning.
• Help supervise and develop other chefs.
