Job summary

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill in Marylebone is seeking a Pastry Commis Chef with flexi hours to join our busy pastry kitchen. You will assist with pastry prep, baking, and presentation to high standards, while maintaining hygiene and allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist pastry team with prep, baking, and presentation of pastries and desserts to high standards.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and allergen control per policies.
• Support senior pastry chefs with daily ops: dough prep, stock rotation, mise en place, temperature checks, ingredient deliveries.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen environment and teamwork across pastry and main kitchens.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new pastry skills and techniques.
