Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a focused Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team on flexi hours in the Marylebone area. You will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards and managing a specific section, while delivering exceptional dishes to our guests.

With variable weekly hours up to 40 and a competitive rate plus service charge, you will have opportunities to learn and develop new skills in a premium Hyatt environment.

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to manage a specific kitchen section and work under pressure.
• Reliable team player with strong culinary standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consistent, high-quality dishes that contribute to a memorable dining experience.
• Take ownership of the dining experience and uphold culinary standards.
• Manage budgets and control food costs in line with the hotel’s business plan.
• Collaborate with other teams to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members to drive engagement and performance.
• Ensure correct presentation, hygiene, sanitation, and proper handling of equipment.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal ingredients, new products, and maintain guest rapport.
