Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

• Support senior chefs with stock rotation, mise en place, and delivery checks.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
• Take initiative in learning new skills, recipes, and cooking techniques to develop as a professional chef within Hyatt Hotels.
