Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the pastry team with the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
• Maintain hygiene and allergen control in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support senior pastry chefs with dough and batter preparation, stock rotation, mise en place, temperature checks, and ingredient deliveries.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues across the pastry and main kitchen teams.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new pastry skills, techniques, and recipes to develop professionally and uphold high standards.
