Join our team as a Pastry Commis Chef!

Your Mission:

1. Be part of the Big Mamma kitchen team.
2. Work in the pastry section to prepare desserts from scratch, such as lemon pie and homemade gelato.
3. Follow recipes and directions from the kitchen management team.
4. Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
5. Contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers.
6. embody Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills:

1. Passion for Italian food and a big smile.
2. Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented.
3. Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
4. Previous experience or training as a Commis Pastry Chef is preferred.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
