Exclusive Hotels’ Ansty Hall in Warwickshire is seeking a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade, crafting desserts, afternoon tea and pastry offerings that elevate our culinary reputation.

Take ownership of the pastry section, lead daily prep and service, mentor junior chefs, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across desserts and baked goods in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Strong patisserie, baking and dessert preparation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience producing high-quality desserts and pastry products.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the pastry section, ensuring desserts, pastries and sweet treats are prepared and presented to high standards.
• Organise and manage daily preparation and service within the pastry kitchen.
• Produce desserts, afternoon tea items and baked goods with creativity and consistency.
• Coach and develop junior pastry team members.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance at all times.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and rotation within the pastry section.
