Exclusive Hotels and Venues is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie for Ansty Hall. You will lead the pastry section, crafting desserts, afternoon tea items and pastry offerings to elevate the guest experience.

The role operates 44 hours a week with a competitive salary and benefits in a beautiful Warwickshire setting. You’ll mentor junior team members, maintain high hygiene standards and contribute to seasonal menus, while working closely with senior chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven pastry experience in a high-quality hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead pastry production and desserts.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Experience guiding junior chefs.
• Commitment to food hygiene and allergen controls.
• Passion for patisserie and pastry trends.

Responsabilités

• Own the pastry section and ensure desserts meet high standards.
• Organise daily prep and service within pastry kitchen.
• Create desserts, afternoon tea items, and pastries with creativity.
• Coach and develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance.
• Assist with stock control and rotation in pastry.
• Collaborate with Sous and Executive Chefs for seamless service.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and events.
• Enhance guest experiences through pastry excellence.
