We’re looking for an experienced pastry professional with luxury, fine-dining or high-end hotel background, a passion for exceptional presentation, and the ability to inspire and develop a talented pastry team.

With multiple food and beverage outlets and ambitious plans to achieve industry accolades, this is a role for a pastry professional who wants to make their mark and help shape the future of a genuinely exciting operation.

The Opportunity

You’ll take a leading role in developing the hotel’s pastry offering across its outlets, with the freedom to bring creativity, precision and personality to the menus.

• Passionate about exceptional pastry, desserts and presentation
