Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral support, school administration or youth work.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work professionally with pupils, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to pupil concerns and monitor behaviour, attendance and punctuality.
• Record and follow up on interventions and liaise with heads of year.
• Organise pastoral meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Support communication with parents and carers in line with school procedures.
• Assist with reintegration after absence or disciplinary incidents.
• Support wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a positive school culture.
