New City College Rainham Campus is seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to guide learners throughout their time with us. The role includes weekly group tutorials and 1:1 sessions to set goals, stay motivated, and overcome challenges. You will monitor attendance, identify at-risk learners, and work with staff to provide timely support.
The role also involves enrichment, wellbeing promotion, and fostering an inclusive campus culture during term-time, 35 hours per week across 40 weeks per year.
Pay Range: £30,900 - £32,800 per annum. New entries to the role will start at the beginning of the range.
Hours and weeks: 35 hrs per week, 40 weeks per year, term time only (The year runs from mid-August to mid-July)
