Xaverian College in Manchester is seeking a Pastoral Tutor to deliver the College's Pastoral Programme to Year 12 and Year 13 tutor groups. You will be a point of contact for students and support wellbeing and attendance.

The role is permanent, full time (35 hours per week), term-time only (0.84 FTE), with a pro rata salary on the SFCA scale. Start January 2027 with a closing date 29 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Deliver pastoral programme to Year 12 and Year 13 tutor groups.
• Be point of contact for students and signpost to Pastoral managers.
• Monitor student achievement and attendance and highlight concerns.
